การเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า
ร้าน FEEB BEEF เก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่ต้องใช้เพื่อส่งของและติดต่อเรื่องออเดอร์เท่านั้น
ข้อมูลที่เก็บ
- ชื่อผู้รับ เบอร์โทร และ LINE ID (ถ้าใส่) · สมาชิก: ชื่อเล่น เบอร์ และรหัส 4 หลัก (เก็บแบบเข้ารหัส อ่านย้อนไม่ได้) และชิ้นที่ชอบ
- ที่อยู่และหมุดตำแหน่งที่ส่ง
- รายการที่สั่ง ยอดเงิน และรูปสลิปโอนเงิน
ใช้ทำอะไร
- จัดส่งสินค้า คิดค่าส่ง (ส่งพิกัดร้านและหมุดให้ Google Maps คำนวณระยะขับรถ) และติดต่อยืนยันออเดอร์
- ติดต่อกลับเรื่องคำขอ "แจ้งเมื่อมีของ" และ "สั่งพิเศษ"
- ตรวจยอดโอน และเก็บเป็นหลักฐานการขาย
- ใช้สิทธิ์คูปองที่จำกัดต่อเบอร์
ร้านไม่ขายหรือส่งต่อข้อมูลนี้ให้ใคร และจะไม่ส่งโฆษณาถึงคุณโดยที่คุณไม่ได้ขอ
ใครเห็นข้อมูลได้
เจ้าของร้านและพนักงานที่จัดออเดอร์เท่านั้น ข้อมูลเก็บในบัญชี Google ของร้าน
ขอดูหรือขอให้ลบ
ทักร้านทาง LINE หรือโทร 086-399-2199 แจ้งเบอร์ที่ใช้สั่ง ร้านจะลบข้อมูลที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องเก็บตามกฎหมายให้
ข้อมูลในเครื่องของคุณ
ตะกร้าและข้อมูลผู้รับที่เลือก "จำไว้" เก็บในเบราว์เซอร์ของเครื่องนี้เท่านั้น ลบได้ด้วยการล้างข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ในเบราว์เซอร์
Customer data
FEEB BEEF only keeps the data needed to deliver your order and contact you about it.
What we keep
- Name, phone and LINE ID (if given) · Members: nickname, phone, a 4-digit PIN (stored hashed, it cannot be read back) and your favourites
- Delivery address and map pin
- Items ordered, amounts and your payment slip
What we use it for
- Delivering, calculating the delivery fee (the shop location and your pin are sent to Google Maps to get the driving distance) and confirming orders
- Replying to "notify me" and special requests
- Checking payments and keeping sales records
- Coupons limited per phone number
We never sell or share this data, and we will not send you advertising you did not ask for.
Who can see it
Only the owner and staff handling orders. Data is stored in the shop's Google account.
See or delete your data
Message us on LINE or call 086-399-2199 with the phone number you ordered with, and we will delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
Data on your device
Your cart and saved details are stored only in this browser. Clear the site data in your browser to remove them.
